One day a Brahmin by the name of Sevaram asked Birbal for help. He said that his fore fathers were great Sanskrit scholars and that people used to respectfully refer to them as Panditji. He said that he had no money nor need for wealth; he was content living a simple life.
But he had just one wish. He wished people would refer to him as Panditji too. He asked Birbal how he could achieve this.
Birbal smiled and said the test was fairly simple. Birbal asked Sevaram to shout at anyone who calls him Panditji from now on.
Now the children did not like the Brahmin as he used to scold them.
Birbal told the children that Brahmin would get really irritated if they started calling him Panditji.
So the children began to tease him by yelling “Panditji” whenever he appeared and, as advised by Birbal, the Brahmin responded by shouting at them.
Gradually the word spread and everybody started calling him by Panditji.
After some time the Brahmin stopped scolding peole but the name stuck!
Management moral -
You can use the gossip mongers to your advantage. These "gossip mongers " equivalent to the "children in the story" are present in every organization and society.
One should know how to leverage them. Watch how the actors/actress or politicians use them to remain in the news. You can also use the social networking platforms to gain the desired promotion or publicity

You are a Masterpiece
A plum once said, just because a banana lover came by, I converted myself into a banana. Unfortunately, his taste changed after a few months and so I became an orange. When he said I was bitter I became an apple, but he went in search of grapes. Yielding to the opinions of so many people, I have changed so many times that I no more know who I am. How I wish I had remained a plum and waited for a plum lover.
Just because a group of people do not accept you as you are, there is no necessity for you to strip yourself of your originality. You need to think good of yourself, for the world takes you at your own estimate. Never stoop down in order to gain recognition. Never let go of your true self to win a relationship. In the long run, you will regret that you traded your greatest glory - your uniqueness, for momentary validation.
There is a world for each one of you, where you shall reign as king / queen by just being yourself. Find that world... in fact, that world will find you.
What water can do, gasoline cannot and what copper can, gold cannot. The fragility of the ant enables it to move and the rigidity of the tree enables it to stay rooted. Everything and everybody has been designed with a proportion of uniqueness to serve a purpose that we can fulfill only by being our unique self. You as you alone can serve your purpose and I as I alone can serve my purpose. You are here to be you... just you.

DIAMONDS VS. ATTITUDE
There was a farmer in Africa who was happy and content. He was happy because he was content. He was content because he was happy. One day a wise man came to himand told him about the glory of diamonds and the power that goes along with them. The wise man said, "If you had a diamond the size of your thumb, you could have your own city. If you had a diamond the size of your fist, you could probably own your own country." And then he went away. That night the farmer couldn't sleep. He was unhappy and he was discontent. He was unhappy because he was discontent and discontent because he was unhappy.
The next morning he made arrangements to sell off his farm, took care of his family and went in search of diamonds. He looked all over Africa and couldn't find any. He looked all through Europe and couldn't find any. When he got to Spain, he was emotionally,physically and financially broke. He got so disheartened that he threw himself into the Barcelona River and committed suicide.
Back home, the person who had bought his farm was watering the camels at a stream that ran through the farm. Across the stream, the rays of the morning sun hit a stone and made it sparkle like a rainbow. He thought it would look good on the mantle piece. He picked up the stone and put it in the living room. That afternoon the wise man came and saw the stone sparkling. He asked, "Is Hafiz back?" The new owner said, "No, why do you ask?" The wise man said, "Because that is a diamond. I recognize one when I see one." The man said, no, that's just a stone I picked up from the stream. Come, I'll show you. There are many more." They went and picked some samples and sent them for
analysis. Sure enough, the stones were diamonds. They found that the farm was indeed covered with acres and acres of diamonds.*
What is the moral of this story?
There are five morals:
1. When our attitude is right, we realize that we are all walking on acres and acres of diamonds.
•Opportunity is always under our feet. We don't have to go anywhere. All we need
to do is recognize it.
2. The grass on the other side always looks greener.
3. While we are dyeing the grass on the other side, there are others who are dyeing the
grass on our side. They would be happy to trade places with us.
4. When people don't know how to recognize opportunity, they complain of noise when it
knocks.
5. The same opportunity never knocks twice. The next one may be better or worse, but it
is never the same one.

One old man was sitting with his 25 years old son in the train.
Train is about to leave the station.
All passengers are settling down their seat.
As train started young man was filled with lot of joy and curiosity.
He was sitting on the window side.
He went out one hand and feeling the passing air. He shouted, "Papa see all trees are going behind".
Old man smile and admired son feelings.
Beside the young man one couple was sitting and listing all the conversion between father and son.
They were little awkward with the attitude of 25 years old man behaving like a small child.
Suddenly young man again shouted, "Papa see the pond and animals. Clouds are moving with train".
Couple was watching the young man in embarrassingly.
Now its start raining and some of water drops touches the young man's hand.
He filled with joy and he closed the eyes.
He shouted again," Papa it's raining, water is touching me, see papa".
Couple couldn't help themselves and ask the old man.
"Why don't you visit the Doctor and get treatment for your son."
Old man said,
“Yes, We are coming from the hospital as Today my son got his eye sight for first time in his life".
Moral: "Don’t draw conclusions until you know all the facts".

The VP Engineering would be reporting to the CEO of the company & would be responsible for meeting the project objectives within budgeted time and cost Provide IT Project Management for Process ramp-ups.
Should be able to coordinate with IT staff of Client organization for both operational and project issues
Recognize early warning signals that could result in delays and cost overruns and take corrective actions including escalating to the right level
Coordinate with other IT groups in ensuring that projects are scoped keeping current capacities in networks/infrastructure in mind. To also ensure that projects are executed to the right standards so that post commissioning issues are minimized
Coordinate with other project managers and IT personnel in ensuring that the various independent projects that form a part of a master plan/project dovetail well
Motivate and manage performance of entire Engineering Team
Ensure that project management tools are utilized to efficiently manage projects
Document and share best project management practices with the rest of the IT organization
Desired Candidate Profile
• Should have minimum 10 years of experience.
• B.tech/M Tech / MCA / MS from a reputed organization.
• Person should be preferably working with International customers.
• Must have experience in technical leadership on tactical and strategic platform design, ensuring scalability and flexible architecture and adherence to project budgets and timelines
• Should have a good hands-on understanding of Technology Project Management and should have had the experience of managing complex IT projects with a lot of interdependencies and multiple stakeholders
• Should have had the experience of leading a group of IT professionals
• ISO or CMM Level expertise
• Should have the ability to manage trade-offs between cost/time/quality
• Should have the ability to aggressively leverage the organizational hierarchy in order to meet the project timelines and objectives
• Excellent Communication, analytical, interpersonal and team management skills are a must.

• Assertive self-starter with ability to work in a resource limited and changing start-up environment. Must be willing to “roll up the sleeves” to get the job done under challenging circumstances.
Head- Quality Assurance & Testing
• Proven track record in Testing Services (minimum 7 years of relevant experience)
Lead, plan, implement and deploy testing strategies and activities across projects and groups on a global level,
• Implement testing standards, policies and procedures and ensure quality and on time delivery, Well versed with testing methodologies, manual and automated testing, and testing practices
• Good understanding of onsite/offshore models
• Excellent communication skills, inter-personal skills, client-facing abilities and international exposure
