To continuously monitor existing accounts, identify problem areas and take corrective action and liaise work with other teams ensuring maximum customer satisfaction & Relationship Building.
Ensuring continuous interaction with the customer to make sure that area of concern can be worked upon.
Identify prospective clients, generating revenue from new accounts and developing them to achieve higher market share/ consistent profitability.
