The candidate has to perform general office support and clerical duties to HR & Admin Department.

Assist HR & Admin Executive in the following activities.

Administration duties including data entry and filing of correspondence.

Answering all incoming telephone calls and conveys messages to appropriate personnel.

Franking of outgoing mails and maintain postage records. Open, sort distribute incoming mails to the appropriate personnel.

Monitor, update and maintain records on the services and maintenance and schedule for all office equipments.

Provide assistant to other departments on all office maintenance & servicing of equipments.

Organise, manage and replenish the stock level for office inventories eg. Stationery, consumables and toiletries. Follow up on the delivery of orders placed and ensure goods received are in right quantity and conditions.

Source and request quotations from suppliers on office inventories.

Assist in photocopying and collating of training materials.

Any other projects or ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Working closely with all department within the organisation

Reports to HR & Admin Executive.

No direct reporting at this moment.

Coordinate and communicate with people across various functions both internal and external.

Ability to multi-task and work in the most efficient and productive manner.

Office administrative experience.

Must be able to communicate effectively across all level and work well under pressure.

Ability to work independently.

Possess MS Office skills.
