Must have managed several projects and will be a single point of contact for all client communication.
Must have good analytical and decision making skills and should be able to manage a team of engineers.
Should be willing to roll up the sleeves when required.
Should be able to architect solutions based on requirements and come up with cost effective solutions.
Quality awareness and ownership of the code/deliverable is most important.
