This position is for a Configuration Engineer Trainee, performing configuration of Kenexa web-based software products for Kenexa client implementations utilizing skills such as HTML, XML, JavaScript
,and related Web technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Utilizes online tools and XML mapping to configure Kenexa`s web-based products for client’s specific needs.
2. Uses HTML, XML, JavaScript and related Web technologies as a part of product configuration.
3. Fixes client-reported configuration requests.
4. Successfully works on multiple concurrent projects.
5. Effectively prioritizes and executes tasks in a high-pressure environment with a strong customer service orientation.
6. Provides clear, accurate and prompt communication to the team lead and client services team.
7. Works as a team player in a global project team environment split between India and the U.S.
8. Works closely with the QA and Development teams to ensure quality deliverables.
Desired Candidate Profile
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
1. Any Engineering or Science graduate from a reputed university.
2. Excellent knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript, and related Web technologies.
