Experience in design and development in a Microsoft .NET environment, particularly ASP.NET 2.0, C#, ADO.NET, C#. NET, VB.Net, C#, SQL Server.
Should have experience on Share point. Should be involved in Estimation, Code reviews, and CMM process.
Strong technical background with direct involvement in design and coding.
Experience in application software design and development.
Should be able to perform lead role in the entire life cycle of the projects, including meetings and discussions with the customers.
Manage technical aspects of the project. Resolve technical problems that arise in the project.
Coordinate with architects for clarifying technical problems. Good communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
Good experience in Design & Design Patterns for Lead positions is required.
