Understands ordering modalities of CISCO/ Nortel networking and voice equipments
Purchase Transaction Role:
To Understand The Procurement Process Of HCL
To Speak With The Vendor For Quotes
To Compare Quotes
Order Release on Vendor
Order fulfillment tracking & Payment release process
Populating and maintaining Database for vendors
Should have worked in SAP environment
Commercial Knowledge:
Knowledge about taxation, Service tax, withholding tax
Knowledge about STPI/high sea sales, Bond to Bond transfers
Knowledge about SEZ transaction
Documentation for opening and execution of High Sea Sales, Bond to Bond, LC transaction
Knowledge about INNCO terms
