The incumbent is responsible for pan India payroll processing for more than1200 employees through SAP
Preparing and checking of salary reconciliation
Responsible for Full & Final settlements of separating employees
Income Tax calculation on basis of tax declaration details given by the employee during the beginning of the year
Verification of investment proofs of the employees
Issuing Form 16 and filing of returns
Responding to employees queries on IT computation, salary and other deductions
Ensuring complete adherence to statutory compliances
Familiar with statutory compliances of Provident Fund, Gratuity, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, Bonus etc
Guide & help for PF Forms - Nomination, Transfer & Withdrawal
Should have a strong work experience in SAP payroll processing for a large scale organization set up
Should independently be able to full & final settlement, statutory compliances, etc
