General Manager - Sales for Tata Housing
TATA Housing Development Company Ltd., Delhi, Chandigarh 10 - 15 YrsThe incumbent has to formulate sales targets by region in consultation with National Head and Regional Sales Managers.
Responsible for achieving sales targets for region.
Review regional sales revenue projections and consolidate to provide overall sales projections from residential properties.
Provide recommendations on pricing; discount guidelines and timing of sale.
Understand client requirements and maintain client relationships.
Keep abreast with competitor residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality etc.
Review need for creating/enhancing distribution network in the region, monitor commissions paid and monitor performance.
Manage corporate sales,Monitor sales, revenues, receivables and region.
Devising new and innovative selling and promotional techniques / schemes.
Provide inputs during project conceptualization for residential properties.
Experience in sales of High End Residential units preferably in Northern India.
Ability to lead and motivate sales team.Ability to formulate sales strategies.
Proven track record in consistent planning and achievement of sales targets.
Good database of Potential customers and broker network.
MBA
