The candidate should be MBA/PGDPM in Human Resources management, Degree in law is desirable.
Positions require excellent written and oral communication skills, high energy levels and leadership ability.
The candidate must have knowledge of man-power planning, policies and strategy, recruitment, selection and induction of manpower for various jobs, performance appraisal of employees and statutory compliance`s of labour laws, salary structure of the organisation, pay role and wage administration.
Managing entire general administration of corporate affairs, facility management, housekeeping, maintenance & repairs of buildings, office, equipment, vehicles, telephones to maintain excellent liaison with agents, suppliers, vendors and government authorities, discipline etc.
