Candidate should be good at Compensation Management:
Run & Manage Payroll through SAP
Strategizing the compensation of employees t to reduce the tax burden on employees & employers.
Facilities Management - To ensure timely arrangement of Housekeeping, Travel & Accommodation, stationery, HR related liaison, Vendor Management etc.
Preparation of monthly Admin Budget and getting approval from management.
To ensure the Admin cost to be optimized as per budgets assigned.
Human Resource Information System.
MIS preparation & Submission on regular basis to management.
Desired Profile
Should be aggressive in approach.
Should have good experience in payroll & statutory compliance like PF, PT etc.
Preferable candidate who have worked in SAP.
