HR Operation : Headcount report, Organizational Care, Cost Per Role Project and Other operations


Knowledge
Understand the local labor law.
Familiar with the IT market in India.
Understand the talent market and the trends.
Complete knowledge/ experience on talent acquisition, talent development, talent retention.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor degree in engineering / MBA HR.
Overall experience of 8-10 years in HR domain with more than 5 years experience as HR Manager level role in large IT company.

Reporting: HR Head - VOLVO India Pvt Ltd-India & VOLVO IT : HR BP, region APAC & International.
