1. Candidate will be responsible for end to end recruitment for varied skill profiles at middle and senior management level.
2. Selection and short-listing of candidates based on the mandate via jobsites, references, internet groups, head-hunting, mapping existing internal databases and networking.
3. Conducting preliminary interviews and screening shortlisted prospects prior to sending it to the client.
Need to have minimum 2 years experience in executive search.
