Inside Sales Representative for Kenexa
Kenexa Technologies Pvt Ltd, Visakhapatnam 2 - 3 Yrs1. Responsible for executing sales strategy, initiating contact with potential customers, demonstrating the capabilities of our research and consulting team and web-based delivery system, identifying and qualifying customer needs, presenting and selling appropriate solutions to meet their HCM Assessment needs.
2. Maintaining a proactive sales contact, continuous follow-up, with all assigned accounts.
3. Provide sales presentations in-person as well as via telephone conversations and website management with customers and prospects.

1. The employee must have high level of interpersonal skills as the position continually requires demonstrated poise, initiative, tact, and diplomacy.
2. This individual must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
3. This work requires continual attention to detail in meeting deadlines and understanding priorities.
