Amedha Infosystems is looking for an Internal Recruiter with recruiting experience for a US based IT Staffing company.
Need Internal Recruiter with experience in IT Consulting Company only. Candidates from other industry category need not apply.
Should be able to use Job portals/ Job boards extensively and efficiently.
Good understanding of the US IT Staffing process.
Ability to interact, assess and source candidates for the internal positions as well as IT professionals.
Screening, short listing, sourcing candidates for the given skill sets through various job sites, referrals.
Building and maintaining database of contacts and resumes and other such info.
Partial Night shift position: 2 PM to 11 Pm IST.
Minimum experience in recruiting with sound knowledge of IT Scenario in US required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to consistently contribute in a dynamic work environment.
Ability to source and screen candidates based on the need.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on professionalism
Highly motivated, Self starter
Strong work ethics and team player
Any graduate or Post Graduate with experience in IT consulting company with proficient knowledge of US IT industry.
