Job Responsibilities:
Recruiting people for IT & Non-IT firms.
Market Reasearch, Mapping & Head Hunting
Sourcing CV`s from different portals as per the requirements.
Screening & shortlisting profiles for the next levels of recruitment with the client HR.
Taking initial recruitment rounds.
Scheduling the candidates for the interview with the company.
Keeping a regular check on the recruitment & selection status of the candidate.
Most Important:
A skilled communicator, quick learner, an initiator.
A motivational, empathetic leader, can guide team members to achieve the maximum output from the process with all management, interpersonal skills.
