Candidate should be well versed with Core Java, J2EE (Servlets, JSP).
Industry frameworks like Struts and Spring. Should have worked on industry/in-house MVC frameworks.
JSF (Java Server Faces)
UCD technologies like DHTML, CSS and Javascript. Knowledge of Theme and Skins will be a pluspoint.
Portlets, Websphere Portal Server 6.0 and JSR168 knowledge and experience is must.
XML Parsing
WPS/Sun certifications will be a pluspoint.
Familiarity with tools like RAD6.0/7.0, MKS, DB2 Client.
Database – DB2 and Oracle.
Junit along any code converge tool (Cobertura/jCoverage)
Must have good analytical skills, problem solving abilities and quick learning abilities.
