Candidate should have more than 2 years of experience in Java based technologies - Java, J2EE, Core Java, Servlets, JSP, Struts, Application Servers.
Good experience/knowledge in Hibernate, Spring or EJB would be a huge plus
Strong fundamental knowledge in SQL Server or Oracle Database include schema design, SQL queries etc.
Excellent understanding of entire development process, including specification, documentation and quality assurance.
Participated in full life-cycle development.
Work closely with senior project management and international clients
Experience in a leadership and mentoring role is a huge plus.
Other Skills:
Experience in presentation & communication with international clients.
Adaptability and managing the changing needs of client and technology teams.
Experience in Banking domain would be a huge plus.
