Candidates for this position should have the following skills:
1. Should be strong in Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Struts (JSF Preferred).
2. Should have hands on experience with Databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle).
3. Knowledge of Crystal Reports, Jasper Reports, AJAX, Velocity, CVS, SVN or equivalent source control would be an added advantage.
4. Good English communication skills.
5. Should be able to perform unit testing of software components including the design, implementation, evaluation, and execution of unit tests.
Also candidate should be able to debug the software components and identify and fix defects and perform regression testing.
