Candidate should be able to learn and adapt applicable technologies , products and tools.
Demonstrates good understanding of the product.
Develops in depth knowledge in certain components of the product.
Should have solid Java / J2EE coding experience: hands on, real-world web development experience using JSP, Java Servlets, Java Struts or similar framework (i.e. Spring, Hibernate, etc.), EJB and JDBC.
Skills working on both application front end and back end development.
Good SQL,PL/SQL skills and experience with Oracle.
Good understanding of object oriented design, and basic knowledge of frameworks.
Bonus points for client side development experience using XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX.
Exposure to JMA, XML, Web Services is a plus.
Ability to understand and work with new frameworks.
Strong analytical skills and resourceful in issue resolution.
Experience contributing to automated test suite by writing unit and functional tests.
Experience with SCRUM methodology or extreme programming is a great plus.
Any SCM Product development experience will be an added advantage.
