1. Candidate should have overall understanding of the requirements of the project/product.
2. Involve in analysis of the requirements.
3. Convert the requirements into specifications document in consultation with the Project Leader.
* Leads the HLD and discussions
* To map appropriate design pattern.
* Reviews Low Level Design.
* Follow the design standards.
5. Ensure the team is coding as per the specifications to meet the functionality.
Ensure the team is following coding standards and naming conventions.
To Carry out Code reviews.
6. Adhere to Quality process.
7. Ensure Unit testing and integration testing.
8. Work assignment and tracking.
9. Builds competencies in
* Technology
* Product / Domain
10. Imparts knowledge to the team
11. Communicate the following to reporting manager :
* Completion of work
* Any persistent technical difficulties faced
* Suggest alternative solutions to the problem proactively.
12. Maintain and update the daily timesheet as per the work assigned.
13. Actively Participates & contributes / Leads the team meetings.
14. Provides effort estimation & realistic schedule calculation.
15. Performance Management for team members.
Technical knowledge - Core Java, JSP, Servlets, Struts, Hibernate
Should have proven capabilities as an integral team player and facilitator.
Should have lead a team of five to ten members.
