Candidate will be responsible for issue Management (including problem analysis and generation of solutions); Change Management; Test Management; Status Tracking & Reporting.
Document all incidents and produce/ contribute to the production of regular management reporting.
Document the incidents from take on through to closure at high quality standards.
Create / update operations procedures at a high quality level.
Desired Skills:
Experience in documenting the incidents from take on through to closure at high quality standards.
Experience in analyzing production issues and providing solutions.
Experience in setting up the test environment.
Experience in writing the test scripts and testing.
