ADP is looking for Mainframe Developers with the following details:
2-5 years of experience in Development or Maintenance of applications on Mainframe technologies.
Should be expert in analyzing the requirements / applications.
Must be expert in COBOL & JCL languages.
Must be expert in file handling mechanism.
Knowledgeable in CICS front end.
Highly knowledgeable in DB2 database and exposure to Datacom is appreciated.
Should have prepared Unit Test Plan.
Good team player & communication skills.
Should be good at Changeman.
Ability to proficiently use three Microsoft productivity tools (WORD, MS Project, and Excel).
Database certifications are desirable.
Flexibility to work in overlap time zone of US (Pacific Standard Time).
Should have participated in Video/Audio conference calls.
Worked on entire SDLC for Mainframe technology projects.
Understood and analyzed the business requirements from the client and translated them into IT solutions.
Underwent Business case reviews, design/ specification and Unit test results walk throughs.
Provided solutions with respect to the functional and technical issues.
Must be inclined towards understanding the application architecture and proposing solutions for the same.
Should have collaborated with Quality Assurance team.
No lead/managerial involvement or inclination
