IBM, Bangalore 5 - 9 YrsCandidate should be managing list managers’ daily work flow and project schedule while re-allocating resources based on shifting priorities of projects
Evaluating internal systems and process improvement opportunities directly related to list management and lead flow process
Evaluating external systems and process improvement opportunities that indirectly impact list management function and/or directly impact team’s ability to provide quality service to business partners
Providing consultation and insight to business partners and requestors to improve list response rate success through leveraging Analytic models and other internal tools (data card, individual contact demographic profile reporting, etc.)
Collaborating with regional LM counterparts to follow and adhere to established best practices and processes for the LSS function and role within organization
Collaborating with other Shared Services groups to pursue systems and process improvement opportunities
