The candidate would be coordinating and visiting existing customers, & ensure customer satisfaction
Target achievement, Maintaining a positive relationship with customers
Identifying potential customers and establishing a directory of clients for various product groups
Maintaining and updating mailing databases;
Organizing and attending events and exhibitions;
Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand and awareness;
Supporting the manager and other colleagues.
Continuously negotiating better prices and payment terms
Reviewing sales targets and placing orders based on sales forecasts/analysis along with current and future stock level
Maintaining regular sales and stock analysis
Co-ordination with cross functional/ sales department,
Liasioning with other departments for timely delivery of products to the customer
Documentation and MIS related to sale
