In this position, the individual will be responsible for developing and preparing multi-dimensional layouts and detailed drawings of the semiconductor devices from schematics and related geometry provided by design engineering.
The work may be completed through use of CAD or other computerized equipment.
The individual will check dimensions, write specifications, and verify completed drawings, artwork or digitized plots and may check design layouts and detailed drawings.
The individual will also be responsible for layout creation of STANDARD and MACRO cells, doing block layouts like Charge Pumps, Sense Amps, I/Os, Reference system as well as be involved in Full chip layout and taping out the same.
Lastly the individual will be working with our India and US physical design teams for all tasks and will mentor the team members on technical aspects.
This position requires a diploma/BSc in Electronics, Engineering degree in electronics is a plus, and 2 to 4 years of Experience in Analog/Mixed Signal CMOS full-custom physical design.
