Candidate should have experience on PeopleSoft HRMS/CRM/ePerformance/Absence management/Time & Labor/Global Payroll table structure, People Tools, Peoplecode, SQR, Application Engine and component interface is a must.
Excellent understanding of a systems development lifecycle methodology
Good Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM/CRM/ePerformance/Global Payroll Database model.
Perform testing, implementation and documentation of new developed applications using PS HCM v8.8/v9.0/v9.1, PeopleTools 8.48/8.49 and IBM DB2 Platforms
In-depth thorough knowledge of PIA and Integration tools like WSRP, Integration Broker, and XML publisher.
Ensure all development projects are completed according to plan.
Troubleshooting of any technical problem.
Desirable:
Peoplesoft certification
Experience working on an enterprise wide project is preferred
Knowledge of mainframe environment is a plus.
