Pre-Sales Manager for Collabera Solutions
Collabera Solutions Private Limited, Bangalore 4 - 9 YrsThe candidate would undertake overall responsibility of handling the entire proposal development for Professional services deals
Work with sales team to identify pipeline and plan activities on a weekly basis
Take lead / participate in opportunity assessment, qualification, developing response strategy, proposal development, review and feedback process, competitive positioning, pricing / commercial decisions
Work closely with support functions (like IT / Quality / marketing etc.) for creating a compelling solution / proposal
Work with finance and legal departments on commercial / contract terms, pricing reviews and sign offs
Provide weekly reports to sales and delivery organizations to provide visibility on pipeline, probable deals etc. for planning and tracking business growth
BE with MBA
Exposure to IT services industry
Understanding of international IT market, experience of having worked with medium sized clients in US/UK –north America, us Canada, europe
Good understanding of the typical service offering (ADM, DW&BI, Testing etc.)
Aware of industry standard SDLC models
Good awareness of the technology landscape, products, tools, trends
Experience of having been involved in and managing opportunity pursuit - starting from opportunity identification to preparing solution / proposal to presenting solution to clients
In depth understanding of RFP/RFI process, proposal development and bid management
Experience in managing team of pre-sales / proposal engineers - planning, guidance, reviews etc.
Working with sales and delivery teams to manage the proposal / solution development process
