CBay Systems India Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore 10 - 15 YrsCandidate should be able to manage multiple projects at a time.
Ensure smooth and timely progress of all the projects under his / her supervision.
Clearly document the business need of each project, project stakeholders, and detailed objectives of what is to be accomplished by developing and implementing any given project.
Plan and document every detail of the project. Project plan and document should include the scope of work, resource planning for effective completion of any project, assigning team member’s specific roles, defining task / milestone schedules, budget details and others as required.
Develop and maintain cordial relationship with all concerned and act as link between various teams and departments.
He / she also should have the ability to deal with problems that may arise within the project team or issues with the clients.
Conduct regular meetings with team members to know the status of the project and also to make certain course corrections and improvements, if necessary, to achieve the desired results.
Effectively manage time to multi-task, interface with multiple technical & non-technical teams and successfully lead projects to completion
Prepare and present project reports on a regular basis. Ensure expectations are set and managed unambiguously
Supervise project resources are being utilized and are working efficiently.
Should have the capability to motivate and influence them to put in all their efforts to accomplish the given task successfully.
On completion of every project he / she should conduct meeting with the team, identify key factors that led to the completion of the project, evaluate those that were not beneficial to the project to avoid them in the future, obtain client feedback
Assist in hiring and training team members
Own any other responsibilities assigned by Superiors at any point in time
