Candidate should have minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in international BPO
Should have experience in handling recruitment in international process.
Responsible for end to end volume recruitment.
Responsible for creating/identifying various sourcing channels based on need - sourcing profiles through job portals, employee referral, tele calling etc.
Responsible for vendor management sourcing from vendors only for specific positions, timely closure of positions.
Responsible for creating and running a seamless process from sourcing to offer stage through efficient planning, execution and follow-up.
Responsible for ensuring quality of hire through stringent process of screening and evaluation rounds.
Ensure process of regular follow up till joining date to positively impact offer to join ratio.
Good verbal & written communication skills.
Should be a team player who effectively builds relationships both inside and outside the organization.
