Manage the recruitment process based on changing priorities and client needs.
Conduct phone based pre-screening of candidates to evaluate their skills, suitability, availability, compensation and understand their job preferences.
Proactively source candidates in assigned focus areas.
Follow internal process for submitting candidates to jobs and coordinate with the Account Servicing team.
Individuals in this position work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual growth goals.
Desired Profile
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills as well as excellent oral and written communications skills are required.
The successful candidate must be able to prioritize work activity in a very dynamic work environment.
4 years experience in US recruiting with a reputed IT Company.
Interviewing, screening and testing application development professionals
Networking within technical user groups.
Constantly reaching out to new applicants via phone and email.
Reading and evaluating technical resumes.
