Candidate will be responsible for offer process which includes, verification of employment related documents, background checks and offer generation/delivery.
Responsible for end to end on boarding activities which includes various deliverables to the new employee.
Working on high end recruitment tools.
Will be working in Matrix organization, will be interacting with international clients.
Preferred skills:
Experience in recruitment and hiring.
Experience in handling high volume and niche skills
Fluency in English both written and spoken.
High focus on client satisfaction
Hands on in MS Office, Web 2.0
Should be open for Flexible shifts.
