Candidate would be responsible for independently carrying out search assignments.
Responsibilities would include discussing Job profile as well as specifications with clients, search of prospective`s, carrying out initial conversation and discussions with prospective`s, shortlist candidates for internal interviews, preparation of reports to clients, interacting with clients for fixing final interview & arriving at a tentative prospective for selection, carrying out reference check of selected candidate, following up with client for an offer letter.
Candidate should also be familiar with the following activities: maintaining client relationships, picking up leads, networking for business leads.
