Candidate will be responsible to deliver the manpower plan for the business
Ensuring effective communication of job roles to the candidates and right match between selected candidates and the job.
The job also entails interaction with recruitment agencies and partners who are responsible for the initial stages of our recruitment process.
Set a high standard of continuous staff motivation and leadership to ensure a good work environment leading to committed staff who take pride in working for the company.
Responsible for the all the processes of recruitment - Ensuring all steps of recruitment are adhered to and followed. Meeting set targets as per recruitment plan in terms of number of hires, joining dates and salary offered
Managing Relationships - Building and maintaining relationship with vendors & internal customers thereby setting an example for the team.
Ensure that the client has a vibrant employer brand and is seen as a great place to work amongst the target group.
Facilitating/suggesting process improvements/initiatives - Building new methods/channels for recruiting talent pool. Suggest and implement initiatives to reduce attrition, lower recruitment costs etc.
Internal Recruitment - Responsible for implementation of the internal recruitment policy. Ensure smooth flow of internal recruitment system from releasing internal advertisements, arranging interviews to providing feedback.
Management Information - Ensure timely submission of information for Management Reporting, Provisions and Commentary on HR costs.
Effectively managing a team - Motivate and manage a team of about 8 employees to consistently deliver the required performance.
Provide learning and development opportunities to the team.
