The candidate provides IT expertise to support the realization and design of the manufacturing processes for CP/S
Key focus is on leveraging SAP`s manufacturing modules to support the Honeywell ACS business needs
The following activities are part of the scope:
Configuring the SAP system to meet the business requirements for PP and the QM modules of
Discuss and agree integration points with other functional teams
During the roll-out, transferring the business knowledge on the new manufacturing processes to the implementation teams
Transferring knowledge on the SAP solution to the implementation teams
Requirements gathering with the business for RICE-F deliverables, testing of the RICE-F deliverables, business project team training on the newly developed RICE-F deliverables
The role partners closely with the SBU and CP/S Business Deployment teams for each project
The role will also require close coordination with other functional teams to aid the overall project to achieve the tasks necessary to have the SAP system available meeting business requirements
Works together with the functional team to drive the adoption of standard business practices. In close co-operation with the business functional teams, help drive the process standardization governance process
SAP ERP knowledge
The successful candidate will demonstrate skill in one or more of the modules below
The candidate would ideally have gained this skill using SAP
The candidate should show skill in being able to configure and or use the modules described below
Manufacturing Master data
Production planning including DM and LTP, MRP, PP in repetitive, PP in discrete,
Capacity planning and Kanban
Quality Management including Quality planning, Quality inspection, Quality certificates and quality notifications
Experience and exposure to other manufacturing related modules would be an advantage
Degree or equivalent standard
Additional Qualifications
Track-record of successful manufacturing ERP/systems implementations
Understanding of the ACS manufacturing footprint
Ideally SAP R/3 manufacturing business process configuration/knowledge acquired through either SAP`s Partner Academy or customer offered curriculum
At least one, preferably more than two prior SAP implementation experiences; either as a team member or consultant
This should equate to a minimum of R/3/ERP experience
Experience with specifications, development and testing of RICE-F work for manufacturing
