Project status reporting to STL / PM
Review all documents and deliverables before dispatching to the client
Mentoring the Team
Evaluating Team Strengths & Identifying Skill Gaps
Participation in Recruitment Process
Integrated testing
Coding - some critical sections / Common components
R&D
Design & Development of Application Architecture
Back-up Responsibility of the project
Experienced in .Net projects
Good knowledge on .Net framework and OOPS concepts
Has to be good and experienced in ASP.Net and C#
Good in RDBMS concepts and MS SQL server
Excellent communication and smart learner
Understanding of design concepts and ability to translate business requirements to functional / technical specs
