Senior Associate - HR for Crimson Interactive
Crimson Interactive Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai 2 - 5 YrsThe candidate will be involved in a set of HR Functions as Follows
Recruitment
Mapping and Documenting of all processes related to the recruitment function.
Coordinating with team heads on manpower requirements
Formulating recruitment strategy based on targets (online, campus recruitment, agencies, etc.
Framing the job descriptions along with various functional heads
Initial short listing of profiles and subsequent telephonic or face-to-face interview to understand the candidate needs and accordingly match with the job requirements in hand, making the candidates go through the interview process, finalizing the offer, and following up till the candidate joins
Employee induction and orientation:
Initiating new entrants into the company culture, Taking care of the joining formalities, Conducting independent sessions to explain company policies, organizational structure and career growth to the new joinees in the field
Rewards and Recognition Program
Coordinate with team heads for monthly rewards
Issue and redeem reward certificates
Collecting feedback and suggesting improvements to the program
Performance Appraisal
KRA/KPI setting process setting for all positions
Co-ordinating the Appraisals Process
Sending out the Appraisal forms for employees, Obtaining completed forms from Supervisors and collating ratings, Issuance of Increment Letters
Training & Development (Soft skills)
Identifying training needs at various levels
Deciding upon internal or external faculties
Coordinating training programs
Assessing training effectiveness
Motivation & Organization Development
Assist in creating & maintaining a good work culture
Handling employee grievances
Mediating disputes and advising all sides involved on matters relating to employee relations and human resources policies
Attrition Management
Implementing initiatives to control attrition and adopt retention tools.
People and Policies
Designing HR practices that align with the business strategy of the company.
Study of Critical Roles from the business perspective, assess and suggest effective manpower plan and redeployment strategies
Designing Employee Manual
Designing and implementing all HR strategies & Processes like Recruitment & Selection Process, Induction Process, Performance management System, Leave management System, Separation & Exit Process, and Retention processes
Maintaining & Updating Skill Set Matrix of Employees
Handle Conflict management and conduct discussion related to performance expectation mismatch
Issuing Appointment Letters, Experience letters & Confirmation Letters
Postgraduate in HR or graduate with relevant experience
Experience in handling a generalist HR/recruitment profile
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Resourceful
Experience in handling HR Information System is preferred
