The candidate should be a lead on Projects (Manage engagements)
Providing leadership/ mentoring for team
Demonstrate creativity & thought leadership
Act as trusted adviser to the customer
Understand client requirement and assist in getting additional business from the client
Independently plan and handle process workshops with the customer
Manage customer expectations and avoid any escalations.
Manage and effectively handle escalations on projects
Should be able to manage and demonstrate capability to handle concurrent task.
ERP Financials (FI-CO)
Demonstrated capability as a team lead in Medium to large projects.
Experience in Bid management
Experience of Global projects
Professional Qualification in Financials Graduate and Chartered Accountant (CA/CWA/MBA-Financials)
SAP Certification (FI/CO/BI)/Professional Certification in Financials desirable
Experience of 3 years as a Team Lead is a must.
Should have worked for implementations for large organizations or on large complex projects.
Minimum 3 to 4 full life cycle SAP implementations.
