1. Candidate must have experience of at least one complete project implementing MOSS 2007 in enterprise environment.
2. Must have at least 2+ yrs of MOSS 2007 development, administration and support experience with demonstrable knowledge in:
a. MOSS Concepts, Administration and best practices.
b. SharePoint Custom Workflow Development.
c. Custom Webparts
d. Configuring Security in SharePoint.
e. Customizing MOSS look and feel – master pages.
f. Integration with supporting technologies like Active Directory, MS Office Integration, Workflow Foundation.
g. Integrating MOSS with other corporate data sources, applications, and knowledge management systems.
3. Must have at least 3 - 5 yrs of development experience in MS technologies like ASP.Net, C#, VB.Net etc.
4. Must be well versed with OOPS and RDBMS like MS-SQL Server 2000/2005 and have experience in SQL programming and databases.
5. Should be well versed with Information Architecture concepts and implementation.
6. Exposure to .NET 3.5 technologies, Web Services, Web designing, AJAX and SOA.
7. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience of working in an IT support environment, and working with other IT staff to address technical and user problems.
