Candidate should have 3-5 years of industry experience in Software Testing.
Good knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle(STLC), Black Box Testing.
Expert in designing Test Cases for Functionality, Usability & Performance requirements and Test Execution.
Should have good knowledge on Configuration Management and Defect Management systems.
Experience in automation using QTP/RFT/Watij etc would be an added advantage.
Certifications in Testing like ISEB/ISTQB, CSTE is a must.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Should be a team player with an ability to positively interact across teams.
