The candidate should have an experience in Silk Testing
Required to have experience in creating Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test estimation, Test tracking and reporting etc
Experience in review process(Static testing), Defect tracking tool, Configuration management tools(SVN/CVS)
Expert knowledge in any one of the scripting language (Perl, Shell, python)
Working knowledge of Linux, Apache and Mysql
Knowledge of HTML, DHTML, XML, CSS
Should be able to do test planning & test design
Script design and deployment
Experience in Script reviews
Experience in leading small test teams
Experience in team management, status reporting, project tracking, metrics collection and reporting
High Integrity
Problem solving skills and learning attitude
Good communication, analytical and presentation skills
