1. Candidate should have strong working experience J2EE (EJB, Servlet, JMS, Java Mail) and exposure to XML, Web Services is highly preferable.
2. Should have worked on at least 2 enterprise level J2EE applications.
3. Should be hands on coding (framework building, skeletal code creation etc…) and using java framework like Spring, Struts, Hibernate
4. Should be well versed with the deployment architecture of enterprise class applications and Exposure to app servers like JBoss, WebLogic, Websphere is highly desirable.
5. Strong knowledge on Web Services with atleast 1 years of working experience.
6. Working experience of atleast one of SOAP, JSON, REST, Compressed XML a must. Preference for experience on more than one
7. Strong in Software engineering design methodology such as RUP, Agile
8. Experience on UML, J2EE and OO Design Patterns a must.
9. Hands on experience in database design/optimization and ORM.
