Strong sales attitude to successfully deliver resources to meet revenue targets.
Good understanding of core engineering and IT roles, and technologies in a corporate world to intelligently understand the client needs
Ability to use various search techniques, including job portals, social networking, professional networking sites, and Google string searches.
Understanding and experience with contract resource staffing in Indian market is highly desirable.
Effective communication and negotiation skills to impress top talent.
An out-of-the-box thinking capabilities to strategize and couple it with hands on execution abilities to search for niche technical skills.
A technical degree or diploma is required for this position: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech (Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, IT), BCA/MCA.
