Ability to hand code fully xHTML/CSS compliant websites that conform to W3C web content accessibility guidelines 2.0 without using any proprietary tools.
Ability to design pixel perfect layouts based on supplied visuals.
Ability to design fully search engine optimized layouts.
Ability to designing and test on different resolutions and browsers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari.
Strong knowledge of Dream Weaver, Photo shop, Flash, JavaScript and Div based Layouts in CSS.
In depth knowledge of current web-design trends and techniques.
A flexible attitude with proven experience of working in a small team.
