3Com, a provider of converged network infrastructure solutions, has completed the installation of an energy-efficient communications network for Six Senses Hideaway Yao Noi, a luxury boutique resort at the picturesque Panga Bay in Thailand.
The 3Com solution, which includes feature-rich switches and routers, enables seamless connectivity between Six Senses Hideaway Yao Noi and other Six Senses offices and resorts around the world. It also helps guests access the resort`s
broadband and telephony services.
The resort can also enjoy significant power and maintenance cost savings by utilizing 3Com`s energy-efficient switches, claimed a press release. The use of these switches is in line with Six Senses` policy of encouraging the use of products and processes with minimal environmental impact.
