New Delhi: Betting big on Indian market, business process outsourcing firm Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) will hire about 300 people for its new facility in Noida. The total number will be taken to 500 over the next 12-18 months depending on the demand," said ACS Executive Managing Director (HCMS-TBO) Rohail Khan.
The company plans to grab hold of the untapped market of HR management solutions by investing $50 million in this vertical. The market for HR management solutions is growing at a compounded rate of about 17-19 percent and is estimated to be about $20 billion. It is looking at expanding its client base for its Human Capital Management solutions.
ACS is also mulling the establishment of another unit in Gurgaon. "The facility at Gurgaon would depend on the volume of business we get," Khan said.
