Asus` New Notebook For Mobile Techies
ASUSTeK Computer (Asus) has launched its environment-friendly 12.1-inch ultra portable sleek U5F Notebook Series. The U5F series has Asus Splendid Technology with integrated Bluetooth EDR, which is ideal for techies on the move with full connectivity.
Richard Chen, Business Manager - Notebook, Asus India, said, "The U5F is the latest ultra-portable offering from ASUSTeK. It s a notebook which combines aesthetics, style, and a whole gamut of the latest desirable features all rolled
into a compact, slim, and light package."
Weighing 1.4kg, the U5F sports a seamless touch-pad design, which is not only user-friendly but also reduces dust accumulation. Together with Splendid technology, the 12.1-inch LCD screen produces enhanced contrast, brightness, skin tone, and color saturation.
Further, integration of Intels Dual Core processing technology allows users to run demanding applications simultaneously. That is, they can run a virus scan while talking on Skype and surfing the Internet.
Built-in Bluetooth V2.0+EDR (Enhanced Data Rate), it facilitates omni-directional wireless connection, as well as high data transfer rate of 2.1 Mbps, which is almost three times faster than standard Bluetooth without EDR. Besides, Bluetooth with EDR makes for lesser power consumption along with greater mobile computing efficiency. The U5F is available in India at Rs. 79,999 + taxes, along with a two-year warranty.
