None of our 100 plus customers have downsized existing contracts and revenue for this fiscal will remain as per the earlier forecast. Future budgets is what we will need to plan for.
We are expecting slow growth next year or so and we are going to be extremely cautious in the next 6 months to 1 year time frame. We will have to find new ways to grow. We have initiated the process of keeping costs down in marketing, travel etc. and all spend across the company will be totally need-based from now on. We are currently in the process of examining all aspects of the business in order to enhance efficiencies as well as productivity; we are examining various ways to deal with ‘margin management’.
As for hiring, very obviously our rate of hiring will change as attrition has come down drastically due to the recession. We will be hiring for selected positions only.
