Jet Air ways chairman, Mr Naresh Goyal met the pilots on Sunday evening. The pilots refused to talk to the media as they were understood to have been told not to talk to the media. The pilots will be giving their response on Thursday. Mr Goyal will be meeting the engineers on Monday.

It is also learnt that expat pilots will be laid off. The airline had earlier laid off 35 out of 268 expat pilots.

Jet Airways officials were not available for comment.
