Identify/Prospect for candidates that can be successful TALIC advisors. Maintain a dynamic prospect list for advisors.
Recruit by selling TALIC career opportunity to such prospective advisors.
Conduct regular activities like market surveys to add to & build advisor prospect base for team.
Team Development and Coaching :-
Conduct Weekly PRP review meeting with all advisors
Handhold advisors to enable them move successfully along their chosen � individual or sales management career path.
Achieve all sales targets :-
To ensure regular activity management of advisors in the team & ensure submission of daily sales reports by advisors in the team.
